Aisha Lewis
Founder & VisionaryAisha Lewis founded Letta K Lewis Preparatory Academy in honor of her sister, Letta Lewis — a beloved VPK teacher who had a deep passion for working with and teaching children. Letta also lived with Neurofibromatosis (NF1), which inspired the school's commitment to inclusive education and the creation of the LIFT program.
Driven by a passion to combine high-performance sports training with tailored school accommodations, Aisha established the Preparatory Academy as a sister organization to the Letta K Lewis Foundation. Believing that children with neurological differences and elite athletes alike are underserved by monolithic school districts, she designed Lewis Prep to be exceptionally responsive — leveraging state-of-the-art secure technologies to provide safe, intensive, and individualized development plans.
