1.Who we are

Letta K. Lewis Preparatory Academy ("Lewis Prep," "we," "us") is a d/b/a of GPA Tech Center, Inc., a Florida nonprofit corporation.

2.Using this website

You may use this website to learn about Lewis Prep, apply and contact us. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to access accounts or data that aren't yours, no interfering with the site, and no copying our content, logo or materials for commercial use without our written permission. Information on the website (programs, calendars, tuition) may change; the Enrollment Contract and the Handbook in effect for your school year are what count.

3.The parent portal

• You must be a parent, guardian or other person the school has approved for a student's account.
• Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
• Information you give us must be true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• Access may be limited as described in the Enrollment Contract (for example, during a financial hold) or ended if these terms are misused.
• Payments made in the portal are processed by Stripe and are governed by the Enrollment Contract.

4.Text messages (Lewis Prep Family Alerts)

• What you'll get: messages about your child's application and enrollment, billing reminders, attendance, and urgent or emergency school notices.
• How you sign up: by giving consent in the parent portal or on your application. Consent is not a condition of enrollment or of any purchase.
• How often: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. You can also turn texts off in the parent portal.
• For help: reply HELP, email [email protected] or call (813) 359-9169.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Texts never include grades, health information or balances.
• We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent for marketing. See our Privacy Policy at lewisprep.org/privacy.

5.Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (lewisprep.org/privacy) explains what information we collect and how we use and protect it.

6.Our content

The Lewis Prep name, crest, website text and materials belong to GPA Tech Center, Inc. The parent portal is provided to Lewis Prep by its technology partner, Titan Secure Technologies & Logistics, Inc.

7.Disclaimers and limits

The website and portal are provided "as is." We work to keep them accurate and available but can't promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent Florida law allows, Lewis Prep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the website or portal. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under your Enrollment Contract or under law.

8.Florida law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute about them will be heard in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

9.Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell enrolled families about important changes by email or in the portal.
